Orders are shipped directly from our warehouses across India, and we work diligently to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Absolutely! Order tracking is simple and convenient:

  • You will receive an AWB (Airway Bill) number within 1-2 days after placing your order
  • Use this AWB number to track your order on our dedicated Tracking Page
  • Monitor your package's journey from our warehouse to your doorstep

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

For multi-item orders, you may receive your products in separate packages. This happens for two main reasons:

  • Multiple Warehouses: Items may ship from different warehouses based on availability and proximity to ensure faster delivery
  • Product Availability: If an item is popular or temporarily on backorder, we ship available items first to prevent delays in your entire order

This approach ensures you receive your products as quickly as possible rather than waiting for all items to be available at once.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN TRANSIT?

We understand that shipping issues can be frustrating, and while the postal service is beyond our direct control, we've got you covered:

  • Replacement Guarantee: If your order gets stuck, returned, or lost during delivery, we will send you a replacement package
