Refund and Return Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At ZestoKart, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We offer easy returns and exchanges on all orders purchased directly from our website.

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Returns are only processed for damaged or defective products
  • A return authorization is required for all returns

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at zestokart.shop@gmail.com with your order number
  2. Provide a video of the defective/damaged product for verification
  3. We will generate a return authorisation after verification
  4. Ship the item back to us in original packaging

EXCHANGES

To complete an exchange:

  1. Place a new order for the replacement item
  2. Contact us at zestokart.shop@gmail.com with both order numbers
  3. We will create a return authorisation for your original item

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and will appear on your original payment method.

INVALID RETURN REASONS

The following reasons are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Change of mind or no longer wanting the item
  • Buyer's remorse after purchase
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Items purchased from third-party sellers

Please ensure you are confident in your purchase decision before placing an order. By submitting an order, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase all items in that order.

Important: Once an order has shipped, we cannot stop the package in transit. In such cases, you will need to follow our standard return process once you receive the items.
